Your DBE certification requires an annual filing — on the anniversary of your original certification, not the calendar year. Miss it and you risk decertification. The Compliance Membership tracks the date, drafts your Personal Net Worth Statement, and keeps every document in one secure vault.
After the October 2025 Interim Final Rule, every DBE firm is being reevaluated, and ongoing certification depends on filing the right documents every year — a current Personal Net Worth Statement, gross-receipts documentation, and a Declaration of Eligibility. The deadline is tied to your original certification anniversary, so it sneaks up on busy owners.
Most firms have no system for it. The Compliance Membership is that system.
Three tools that work together to protect your certification.
Generates a draft Personal Net Worth Statement on the official Appendix G form, with a built-in $2,047,000 cap check that excludes your retirement accounts and primary residence. You review, sign, and file with your UCP.
Computes your filing date from your original-certification anniversary and emails you at 90, 60, 30, and 7 days before — so you never miss a federal deadline again.
An encrypted vault for every generated draft, supporting document, and your personal narrative — with version history and private, signed-link downloads.
A short intake captures your firm, owners, certification, and the structure of your net worth — plus your personal narrative. Dollar values come later.
We track your original-cert anniversary and email you well ahead of your filing date.
When the window opens, confirm your details, enter this year’s figures, and we draft your refreshed PNW Statement — every value confirmed by you, never auto-filled.
You download the draft, sign under penalty of perjury, and file it with your certifying agency. We never file for you.
Choose a yearly membership or a single filing cycle.
It's an annual service that keeps your certified DBE firm's federal compliance file in order between filings. It tracks your annual filing deadline, generates a draft Personal Net Worth (PNW) Statement on the official Appendix G form, stores your documents in an encrypted vault, and reminds you before your filing is due.
The membership is $300 per year (recurring). There is also a $500 one-time option that covers a single filing cycle with no subscription and no card on file. Both include the PNW generator, deadline reminders, the guided annual filing flow, and the secure document vault.
No. Every document is a draft only. You review it, sign it under penalty of perjury, and file it yourself with your certifying agency (your UCP) — never with U.S. DOT directly. We prepare and organize your file; you stay in control of what gets filed.
The current personal net worth cap is $2,047,000 (effective May 9, 2024). When your net worth is calculated, your retirement accounts and the equity in your primary residence are excluded. If your net worth exceeds the cap, the membership flags it so you can notify your UCP — it never silently passes you.
Your annual filing is anchored to the anniversary of your original certification date — not the calendar year-end. That date does not change when your firm is reevaluated or recertified. The membership computes the date and emails you reminders at 90, 60, 30, and 7 days before it.
The DOE (sometimes called the annual affidavit or no-change affidavit) is the yearly statement DBE firms file to confirm continued eligibility, along with gross-receipts documentation. DOE processing is currently paused at many UCPs during the 2025 reevaluation and resumes on your anniversary afterward. The membership captures your DOE data now so it is ready the moment the updated form is released.
Yes. Your documents live in a private, encrypted vault that only you can access. We never store Social Security numbers, and downloads use short-lived signed links. Your data is protected at rest and scoped so only your firm can read it.
Set up your compliance file in about 10 minutes and never scramble before a filing deadline again.
